“I have had the pleasure of attending Simone’s classes for several years and she always creates a warm, positive welcoming environment in which to practice yoga. She encourages you to do the best for what your body needs. I have gotten so much out of her classes.

– Annette, Thornbury

“I had done Yoga in the past with other instructors, but nothing compared to what Simone introduced me to. Not only is she knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough; she is friendly, warm, and a general joy to be around. She has always be able to pay attention to her students and accommodate everyone's needs, regardless of their level. Before practicing yoga with Simone, I had some stiffness and soreness of my shoulders and back related to my occupation as a nurse. I had visited the chiropractor multiple times to no avail. After a few sessions of yoga, I felt stronger and my pain has gone completely. I can not say enough great things about Simone's classes and her teaching methodologies. It is simply fantastic!”

– Grace Huang,
Clinical Nurse Specialist, Intensive Care Unit

“Simone teaches a beautiful flowing practice and provides a nurturing space for your body and mind. Her mums and bubs classes in particular were the highlight of both mine and my son’s week, for not only the yoga itself, but also an opportunity to meet others and practice self care.”
