Connecting to the quieter rhythms of winter, with grounding practices to nervous system restoration.
Gentle hands-on touch and grounding techniques will be offered to those who would like. This can encourage a deeper shift into parasympathetic rest — the body’s natural state of repair, replenishment, and healing.
The practice will dissolve into Himalayan sound bowl immersion, allowing the body and mind to fully settle, integrate, and reset.
Closing with warming chai and homemade bliss balls!
