Yoga Foundations

Explore the Limbs of Yoga, encompassing mindfulness, posture, breath, sensation, movement, sound, focus and meditation, to realise homeostasis in your body. Each class will include a complete practice for your wellbeing. Asanas (postures) are taught progressively - simple form progressing to more complex variations.

Suits yogis who prefer a slow flow. Beginners can start with this class or our Yoga Fundamentals Workshop.

Rest and Restore

Take time in restful positions that stimulate a gentle energy flow and help your body to unwind unnecessary tensions. In this restorative and meditative practice, we give attention to breath and the practice offers a natural sense of well being and nourishment. Have a bolster or cushions and a blanket close by.

Suitable for all levels of experience.

Live Online

Physical distance is no barrier to yoga practice. Our live online classes use the free platform Zoom that is available for all devices. You will be emailed a link to join classes once you book ‘live online’. You will be able to join Zoom Classes 10 mins before start time for introductions and to avoid a last minute rush.
